Economic Studies and Statistics Manager
Koen’s educational background is in engineering geology, complemented with general and environmental management trainings. He started my career in applied scientific research in oil industry and nuclear waste disposal.
Next, he was looking for a more outward-oriented activity and spent 25 years in raw material supply to building industry (cement & aggregates), essentially in sales and market intelligence. He joined Cement Europe in 2018 and is glad to put his expertise at the service of the industry and enjoy the multiple contacts.
Koen’s free-time activities include hiking, drawing, gardening, reading a good book.
