Communications Manager

As Communications Manager at Cement Europe, Bade works on the association’s communications strategy and helps shape how the sector’s story is told. Her work spans developing and implementing communication plans and campaigns, crafting key messages, overseeing publications, and managing events. She ensures the communications reflect and reinforce Cement Europe’s strategic priorities, from competitiveness to decarbonisation.

Before joining Cement Europe in 2022, she worked in communications and public affairs for EU-based associations, specialising in digital advocacy and strategic communication. She holds a master's degree in journalism and media from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) and a bachelor's in political science from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).

She is passionate about bringing clarity and creativity to complex issues and helping ideas connect with the people who can make a difference. Outside of work, Bade loves cooking dishes from around the world, travelling, learning new languages, playing tennis, hiking, and brewing kombucha.
