Senior Public Affairs Manager
Jean-Baptiste joined Cement Europe in March 2008, initially supporting members and the secretariat with monitoring and research, and now focusing on public affairs. Prior to this, he worked two years as an Editor at the Secretariat General of the European Commission.
He holds master's degrees in European law from the Catholic University of Louvain and Aix-Marseille III University, and a bachelor's in public law from Sciences Po Aix.
A native French speaker, he is also fluent in English and Portuguese, with a good command of Dutch after nearly two decades in Leuven.
Outside of work, Jean-Baptiste enjoys running, hiking, and hosting dinners for friends and family. He is also an avid reader of crime fiction.
